Burgess Windiw Repair were professional and did a wonderful job. I received an email response quickly from Eric. He came out and gave me a precise quote. When the crew came out, the job was performed well and both Dan and Kyle were professional and left my home clean. I give them my highest recommendation.

They were great to work with from the set up of the appt, scheduling, and performing the job. Prices were very fair and their installers showed up on time, and were done in less than an hour. Very good experience and their communication each step of the way was appreciated to maintain our schedule. Highly recommend Curtis and his team of installers!

I got quotes from 7 different suppliers. Burgess beat them all. Curtis was fast to respond, quick to follow up, and i had 10 new windows installed in two weeks upon approving the order. The installer Kyle was professional and courteous. He cleaned up and put everything back as it was. Job well done start to finish. Highly recommend!

I've worked with Curtis on several jobs being a general contractor myself. The jobs all involved repairing the seals on otherwise good windows. Every time Curtis was on time to the estimate, friendly and never trying to get me something I didn't need. I respect that alot in other contractors. He will always be my first choice!

Outstanding company and friendly, helpful employees. They can fix the broken panes and reseal windows so you can spend a fraction of the cost of replacement. I highly recommend and I am a fan.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Burgess. They installed all 10 of my home windows, a sliding glass door & a storm door with professionalism & kindness. Curtis, Lynn & Dan the lead installer were great to work with. Great work at a fair price with excellent customer service. Not much else needs to be said. 👍🏻

We had the worst time finding someone who wanted to repair our windows and not sell us new. Curtis came to give us a quote and was more prompt than I was to get the job done. They just came to fix most of the windows in our house, Kyle came over promptly, worked quickly to rebalance our whole house. Highly recommend these folks.

The awning windows on my 3 season room were replaced by Burgess Window Repair with sliding glass windows and it looks wonderful! The work was done on time as outlined originally. I would highly recommend Burgess.

Very impressed with the entire experience working with Burgess! From quotation to installation everything was done first rate. I had 25 replacement panes installed and they make the home look like new for a fraction of the cost of new windows.

Excellent customer service. Needed windows installed for a home sale. They were quick to come out for the estimate and scheduled the installation the day after windows came in. Price was more than fair. One company offered a 10% realtor referral discount and Burgess still was less! Great job with clean up, nothing left behind. I will definitely use them in the future for any window needs.

They are very solid and helpful, many many years in the windows profession. Knowledgeable, owner's wife (I think) answered the phone, not just a scheduler, or salesperson. She was very helpful with knowledge of the industry, and had time to answer my questions. Look forward to working with them again soon.

We just had Burgess out to our home to replace three windows that had broken seals. Their estimate was incredibly fair and less than other estimates we received from other companies, their customer service and technicians were all so friendly, and the finished product looks amazing! **Highly** recommend them if you need any window repairs or replacements!!

I’m so thankful we found Burgess Windows! They replaced 8 windows in our 30 year old home and I have to say their crew is the cleanest, kindest and hardworking gentlemen I’ve worked with. This company is top notch! The windows are amazing, our house immediately felt warmer and was much more quiet. Every time we look out the window we are amazed at how much clearer things are. (Never realized how bad the old ones were!). The service was wonderful, the men kind and professional. Highly recommend this company, you won’t be disappointed.

Couldn't be happier with not only my new windows and doors, but the service I received from Curtis and his team. Burgess replaced every window in our house! They did a great job, answered all our questions prior to purchase and the windows are perfect. The install went very smooth, they left my home spotless and washed every window after the install! Curtis and his team were excellent! They replaced all windows and a new front door. They were on time, displayed outstanding craftsmanship, were very friendly, and extremely neat/clean. Curtis also had great recommendations for the new door and windows. I'm so happy that I took his advice. It was a very positive experience from start to finish. I'll use them again and highly recommend them if you are looking for new windows or doors!!!!!

My house has old fashioned Peachtree windows and half of them had Sash cord snapped or spring broken. Burgess did a great job of replacing the sashes and am expecting these to last for sometime and save me the cost of window replacement. Only issue is that they have a rather long wait time due to competitive pricing and not many businesses providing window repair services nowadays. Will again use their service in future if needed.

THIS is the company you should call for window repairs. Do not spend money replacing windows until you have these folks look at it! Thought we had to replace three windows, Burgess came and in fifteen minutes fixed the problem and showed me how to fix it in the future. Definitely recommend!

I couldn't have been happier with the crew, the quality and workmanship. Dan has great attention to detail and made sure everything was done to perfection. This is from leveling, sealing and painting to match. The entire group at Burgess is wonderful to work with and I'd strongly recommend them. They may not be the cheapest but are worth the extra for their experience and excellent work.
